الوصف الوظيفي

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان سلامة الطفل والمصلحة الفضلى للطفل.
  • تحديد وتسجيل الحالات من المتضررين أو المعرضين لخطر التعرض للأذى.
  • توفير إدارة الحالة الفردية والمساعدة للمستفيدين في موقع التدخل وفقا لجميع خطوات إدارة الحالة والأدوات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
  • التوثيق الصحيح لجميع ملفات الحالات وأرشفتها الكترونيا.
  • حضور الاجتماعات الدورية التي يعقدها مسؤول المشروع.
  • حضور التدريبات المتعلقة بإدارة الحالة والمساعدة الفردية النقدية.
  • إعداد طلبات الدعم المادي للحالات وفق احتياجاتها .
  • متابعة عملية الدعم المادي للحالات وضمان تزويد الحالات باحتياجاتها.
  • ضمان سرية وخصوصية عملية إدارة الحالة.
  • تحديث خارطة الخدمات بشكل دوري.


  • أداء أي مهام أخرى يطلبها المدير المباشر  فيما يخص ادارة الحالة.

المؤهلات الأكاديمية والمتطلبات والمهارات

 مؤهل جامعي، يفضل كلية التربية أو كليات أخرى ذات صلة.

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتان في المجال المطلوب.
  • إجادة كتابة التقارير الإدارية.
  • الإلمام بقوانين العمل الإنساني ومبادئ الحماية.
  • إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر MS Office.
  • مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنكليزية.

Must Have
