الوصف الوظيفي

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التأكد من تطبيق حماية الطفل في جميع المواقع
  • ضمان إدارة بيانات إدارة الحالات ومشاركتها واستخدامها   بطريقة سرية وآمنة وفعالة، وضمان التنسيق - الفعال والقوي مع الجاهات الفاعلة   الأخرى في مجال حماية الطفل والحماية العامة
  • تقديم الدعم التقني لكادر الحماية  
  • بناء قدرات الكوادر خلال توفير التدريبات ذات الصلة 
  • الإشراف الميداني على عمل كادر الحماية في المشروع
  • تقديم تقارير دورية لمنسق الحماية (اسبوعية -شهرية) 
  • إقامة اجتماعات دورية مع كادر الحماية
  • الإشراف المنتظم على أنشطة الحماية والتأكد من أن الأنشطة   ويتم تنفيذها في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة آمنة وفعالة، وفقًا لخطة عمل   المشروع 
  • تعميم القرارات الصادرة عن إدارة المؤسسة ومتابعة تنفيذ   هذه القرارات

المؤهلات الأكاديمية والمتطلبات والمهارات

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الأعمال المتعلقة بحماية الطفل 
  • خبرة في التدريب وحاصل على شهادة  TOT
  • إجادة كتابة التقارير الإدارية
  • الإلمام بقوانين العمل الإنساني ومبادئ الحماية
  •  إجادة استخدام برامج الكمبيوتر MS Office
  • مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية عالية
  • الثقة بالنفس وقوة الشخصية
  • مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنكليزية
  • التنقل بين المواقع
  • القدرة على التعامل مع الضغوطات وعدم الانفعال

Must Have
