Job Purpose

  • Providing specialized case management services for affected children.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring the child’s safety and best interests.
  2. Identifying and registering children who are affected or at risk of harm.
  3. Providing individualized case management services for children in the intervention area in accordance with all case management steps, tools, and related procedures.
  4. Proper documentation and electronic archiving of all case management files.
  5. Attending regular meetings held by the Case Management Supervisor.
  6. Attending case conferences held by the Case Management Supervisor.
  7. Attending trainings related to child protection and case management.
  8. Working closely with other service providers to ensure proper referrals.
  9. Preparing material support requests for cases according to their needs and submitting them to the Case Management Supervisor.
  10. Following up on the material support process and ensuring that the cases receive their required needs.
  11. Providing continuous support to caregivers.
  12. Ensuring confidentiality and privacy in the case management process.
  13. Regularly updating the service mapping.
  14. Performing any other tasks requested by the direct manager related to case management.

Academic Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills

  • A university degree, preferably from the Faculty of Education or other related fields.

Required Technical Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of practical experience in the required field.
  • Proficiency in writing administrative reports.
  • Familiarity with humanitarian work regulations and protection principles.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office programs.
  • Good level in using email communication.
  • Good proficiency in the English language.
