Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
- استلام وتنفيذ طلبات الشراء وتقييمها، وتحديد مزودي الخدمات المناسبين، ودراسة أداء الموردين من حيث الجودة والأسعار وسرعة التسليم، بما يحقق مصلحة مؤسسة بنيان؛ مع تحديث وصيانة قاعدة بيانات الموردين المعتمدين بشكل دوري.
- إجراء تحليل للسوق ودراسة مصادر التوريد، وطلب عروض أسعار من مصادر مختارة، وتحليل التكاليف المقدمة للتأكد من معقولية الأسعار وجودة العروض.
- تقديم التوصيات حول آلية اختيار الموردين أو المقاولين المناسبين، وتحديد الشركات التي يجب دعوتها لتقديم العروض أو المقترحات.
- متابعة إجراءات التعاقد وتنفيذ أوامر الشراء، وضمان الالتزام التام بسير عمليات الشراء وفق السياسات المعتمدة.
- بعد استلام المواد، متابعة أداء الموردين والمقاولين، واعتماد الأعمال المنجزة وفقاً لشروط العقود، تمهيدًا لعمليات الدفع.
- إعداد الاتفاقيات، وتجميع الوثائق الداعمة، وضمان استكمال كافة المستندات المطلوبة وفق الشروط التعاقدية، والمتابعة المنتظمة للتقارير ذات الصلة.
- إدارة عملية المناقصات وتقديم الدعم اللازم لإجراءات الشراء؛ بما في ذلك تقييم الموردين، واختيار الأنسب، وتأكيد شروط الدفع.
- تنفيذ أية مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها حسب الحاجة.
Academic Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills
- University Degree
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
- Very good level in English (reading - speaking - writing).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to coordinate administrative activities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from diverse cultures and professional backgrounds.
- Good computer literacy.
