Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review monthly report of running costs for Bonyan offices.
  • Manage practical action plans to respond to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Review monthly project financial reports to monitor spending plans and allocation of funds and cost eligibility.
  • Review the Payrolls of Turkey office, field offices and projects.
  • Ensure adherence to donors and partners' rules and regulations.
  • Manage practical action plans to respond to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Identified potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Review contracts for compliance and privacy-related issues.
  • Perform and control full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Participate in internal audits and develop annual plans in consultation with the supervisor.
  • Follow-up findings response process with related departments.
  • Conduct spot checks for ongoing projects.
  • Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
  • Monitor asset registration, distribution, and donation.
  • Prepare drafts of audits which include development of clear, constructive, and actionable recommendations to address identified risks.
  • Ensure adherence to Bonyan (supply chain, HR, and finance) manuals and policies.

Academic Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting…).
  • A professional certificate is preferred.
