Supplier Code of Conduct

Introduction

Boynan is committed to promoting ethical, responsible, and sustainable business practices. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we have for our suppliers to  ensure they align with our values and principles.


Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

This includes but is not limited to labor laws, environmental regulations, and anti-corruption laws.


Ethical Business Practices

Anti-Corruption

Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and must not engage in any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices. This includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to influence business decisions.


Fair Competition

Suppliers are expected to promote fair competition and not engage in anticompetitive practices, such as price fixing, market allocation, or bid rigging.


Labor Practices

Child Labor

Suppliers must not use child labor. All employees must meet the minimum age requirement set by local laws and international standards.


Forced Labor

Suppliers must not use any form of forced or compulsory labor, including bonded labor or involuntary prison labor.


Working Conditions

Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working conditions for their employees. This includes proper ventilation, access to clean water, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. 


Non-Discrimination 

Suppliers must treat all employees with dignity and respect, and they should not discriminate based on race, color, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected status. 


Environmental Responsibility 

Sustainability Suppliers are encouraged to adopt environmentally sustainable practices. This includes minimizing waste, reducing energy consumption, and responsibly managing natural resources. 


Compliance with Environmental Laws 

Suppliers must comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. 


Reporting Violations 

Suppliers should establish a mechanism for employees to report any violations of this Code of Conduct without fear of retaliation. Reports should be promptly investigated, and corrective action should be taken if necessary. 


Consequences of Non-Compliance 

Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in the termination of the business relationship between [Bonyan] and the supplier.
